#APontheJob just finished a renovation project at Prince Charles Hospital in Merthyr Tydfil. We were instructed by Interserve that the hospital needed a full aesthetic makeover for the new restaurant and barista areas.
The district general hospital is all about delivering excellence in healthcare so they needed communal areas that were vibrant and inviting. Spaces that will uplift and provide comfort to patients and their loved ones alike.
While we could have used frosted window film for the dividing glass panels, that didn’t fit the need for vibrancy and making a visual impact. Instead, we used digitally-printed graphics for both the privacy glass and the walls to create a real wow factor. The result was a visually pleasing environment which visitors said made them feel uplifted and at peace.
