As we continue to monitor the situation very closely, we are doing our best to prepare for each eventuality and ensure that our service to you will be as robust and consistent as possible.
All of our facilities are operating normally at present and we continue to accept orders with the usual delivery times.
We have no confirmed cases of COVID-19 within our workforce. We are continuing to deliver our services as usual but are the following measures are in place:
- Additional hygiene measures have been implemented across the business and standards are being monitored.
- Our sales team have been advised not to make unnecessary visits. However, we are able to provide quotations via telephone and email. We are also able to have online meetings where appropriate.
- Our fitters are still out and about working however we do have safeguarding in place for them. We will not able to visit a property where any person is being kept in isolation, has any symptoms of Covid 19 or has been in contact with anyone with the virus. You will be asked for this information prior to our visit on the first day. We would appreciate if you could update us if circumstances change if you are expecting a visit from our workforce.
