Products Applied: Frosted Manifestations & Fire Escape Signage
We were in Cardiff recently, installing frosted DDA manifestations within the Cardiff Innovation Centre and we had to quickly adapt to a change in scope. The client had an urgent requirement for fire escape signage, so we had to design, make, and fit and install this signage in quick succession.
First, we had to meet with the client for the brief whilst giving our recommendations on appropriate signs, followed by sourcing materials and text in line with the client´s requirements and fire regulations.
Since we were working with Bouygues UK – which designs and builds sustainable developments that enhance and transform communities for the better – we had to make sure that what we did was on brand for them. And that meant, a design that combines innovative design with expertise in construction and operational excellence.
After getting the drawings and sign details signed off, it was a quick installation of the signage to all floors. The result was quality signage that ticked all of their requirements, and with a quick turnaround from design to installation.
All in all, another successful #APontheJob in 2022!
